This estate comprises 32 Hectares (80 acres) of highland coffee plantations, forested grounds, a livestock operation (cows, horses, pigs, chickens), plus an additional 800 m2 (8,600 ft2) of roofed social /work spaces.

The main house encompasses 300 m2 (3,200 ft2) of stylish interiors, a 100 m2 deck (1,075 ft2) with a separate plunge pool. The residence comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 1⁄2 bathrooms, and an open air floor plan with spectacular views of the Rio Cauca below. The house was completely renovated in 2018-2019 and brought to a stylish modern design.

As well as the main house, this property comes with an 120 m2 (1,290ft2) Airbnb annex that features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a picturesque patio with incredible valley views.

There are three additional houses on the property in addition to the main residence. These were primarily used to house temporary farmworkers. Separate sales are possible for these houses.

The property currently includes 100,000 coffee trees (55,000 of which are in production) planted on 24 hectares (59 acres) of land. An average of 10,000 to 30,000 kilos of specialty coffee are produced each year. The coffee is exported to the US, Australia, and France.

Over 500m2 (5,380 ft2) of production facilities, as well as a 70m2 (750 ft2) warehouse, make up the coffee operation. Separately, 40m2 (430ft2) of office space is available for administrative activities. To ensure continuous operation, the plant is equipped with a 21 kw generator and 30,000 L of water storage.

As well as simple greenhouses, the farm has a fully functional livestock facility, including chicken and pig husbandry and horse/cow stables measuring 100 m2 (1075 ft2). An entire pond is dedicated to raising tilapia.
